The Etihad Airways New York office was really an excellent experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient while answering my questions. They did take their time to discuss my options with regard to flights and resolved an issue with booking very efficiently. The environment was very comfortable and organized. I would appreciate the personalized service, and responses to queries were very prompt. I will definitely suggest this office to anyone for any help required with Etihad. It was of the best class!
